The HR team offers the full range of HR services to the business from recruitment to HR analytics. It's an exciting time to join the HR team as we expand our team and implement new systems to partner with the business more effectively.

As a key member of our team, you will lead projects aimed at enhancing our Asset Liability Management (ALM) framework. While a foundational ALM framework is already in place, this role will be responsible for building upon and refining these structures, ultimately transitioning them into business-as-usual activities.

Working in our fast paced, successful Sales team there has never been a better time to join Pepper Money, a specialist mortgage lender backed by a global financial institution offering first and second charge loans. ​You will be an expert in the Pepper Money proposition and apply these expertise to generate new business from mortgage intermediaries via outbound sales calls and other appropriate proactive methods. Driven by set national campaigns, your outbound calling will primarily focus on our large key accounts where you’ll act as a main point of contact for their advisors.
