Caroline will be responsible for driving Pepper Money’s national accounts strategy, working with networks, clubs and specialist distribution partners to help brokers to place more of their cases with Pepper Money.
With more than 18 years in financial services, Caroline has a wealth of experience working as Head of Key Accounts & Distribution as well as senior sales roles at Shawbrook Bank, Metro Bank Lloyds Bank, RBS and Barclays.
